PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment is expected at the time of registration, I will hold seats up to 7 days if you need time to get scheduled off from work or paying by check but please inform me of this in the message section. If payment is not received within the 7 days, you will be dropped.  You are not confirmed if you have not paid the fees. 

Once you have registered I will email you as to how to pay, book(s) required and readings.

Early Bird discount only applies to payments made with registration or following confirmation email.  There is no Early Bird Discount for students paying within 10 days of class.

NB:   VENMO AND PAYPAL ARE CHARGING SERVICE FEES IF YOU SEND TO A BUSINESS ("GOODS & SERVICES").  PLEASE  CLICK YOU ARE SENDING TO "FAMILY OR FRIENDS" SO WE ARE NOT CHARGED.  THESE FEES WILL BE PASSED ON TO YOU IF WE ARE CHARGED FOR THIS.  IF YOU ARE NOT SURE ---ASK FIRST.

ELECTRONIC FETAL MONITORING BOOKS:  There  are 2 books for the ADV EFM and INT EFM class:.

1)  6th  Edition Principles and Practice Fetal Heart Monitoring:  Hard print textbook; $76.95.   ISBN#9781792423017.  Used for both ADV and INT EFM.

• Students taking ADV EFM must have 6 months L & D experience or have taken the INT EFM course.

• Students taking the INT class; this is a two part class.  Part one is taken on-line several days prior to the Part two in-person Skills Lab.  This is done on the AWHONN.org web site.

•  In addition,  "Introduction to Fetal Heart Monitoring" will be required if you do not have any L & D experience. This is also done on-line through AWHONN.org website. $70 and 2.8 CE's.

PHYSICAN PROVIDERS

Physician Providers do not have to take the full length STABLE course.  You may sign up for renewal regardless of past classes taken if any.

RENTAL BOOKS

PTS has rental books for $24.95 for the STABLE class and FHM class.

STABLE RENEWAL

Students taking the STABLE Renewal class will need to provide a copy of their current STABLE card.  Must not be more than 6 months expired.

ATTESTATION  

For Students taking STABLE by Zoom, you will need to fill out an attestation form.  Once you have sent your registration, go back to the navigation bar at the top and click "ATTESTATION" which is in the drop down menu under REGISTRATION and complete this form to finish your registration.

CLASS START TIMES

All classes are on California time unless other wise stated.  Most classes start at 8:30 California time.

That means:

You will need to adjust for Daylight Savings Time.

8:30 Mountain Time (two time zones)

9:30 Mountain Time
